Sausage Quiche



Sausage Quiche

Ingredients:
1 pound sausage
Diced onions and peppers
8 oz cream cheese
6 eggs
1 cup milk
8 oz shredded cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Brown the sausage and onions and peppers.
Mix the eggs, milk, and salt and peppers.
Melt the cream cheese into the sausage mixture.
Put the sausage mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese.
Pour the egg/milk mixture over.
Bake 30 minutes.

I like to cut into portions and refrigerate.
Serve with some berries of your choice.
